Mrs. Josna Antony who was born in a Christian family and wife of Late Francis Anthony is born in the year 1957 in Dharwad (Karnataka). Mrs. Josna and her beloved husband Rev. Francis Antony moved to Bangalore along with 3 year old baby and joined a Christian Organization and extended their hands in doing Community work. While working with the Organization which is community based activity, the tragedy struck in the year 1989 which left unbearable reproach on the life of Mrs. Josna when she lost her husband at the age of 30. In a society she lived where women are held back, her widow status made her a remarkable person. Despite of all challenges she along with her 9 and 12 years old sons carried the faith and courage to accomplish the great and noble task and promoted the community based activities. As a woman she was a great inspiration and ignited the light of hope in many women to join their hands to the right cause. As the continued the work she empowered many widows and started binding with cord of love, courage and sacrifice towards the community work. 

In 1992 a Soul crushing incident left her in grief and pain when her eldest son Thomas suddenly died in tragic circumstances at the tender age of 18 years. Amidst of agony and distend, she became a victim to people’s criticism and heart breaking statements which later led to face the challenges towards the visionary leadership. Even though at the cost of losing her husband and son, she found the divine fire which kindled up and blazed in the dark hour of adversity towards the visionary goal of discovering to reach the unreached with the community work. 

Believing in God’s will was her greatest treasure to do his will was her life’s greatest privilege and the ultimate philanthropist was Jesus Christ whose teaching lived in her every walk of her life. She stretched her hand stepping forward with a heart touching verse in the Bible “’ you shall love your neighbor as yourself” in reaching suffering humanity in Urban and rural areas of India. 

After much prayers she saw the vision from God the rest of her life she dedicated and devoted herself to serve and transform the lives of people who were in need of love, care and helping hands in and around Bangalore and in the state of Karnataka which led her to establish “The Touch India International Ministries” under the registration act 1995.Then God paved a way to likeminded people in her life with their support and cooperation which bought manifold strength to do great things in the lives of many.
